If your current membership card has expired (see date on card) you musty rejoin using the New Membership form and pay the $30 fee. If you would like to mail the completed form and payment to us instead, return the completed form along with check drawn in the correct amount to the Perry Township Game Association, P.O. Box 324, Shoemakersville, Pa. 19555.
Auto-Renew through PayPal: If you have already set up auto-renew through PayPal, your renewal will be charged automatically. Please do not renew on our website if you have auto-renew set up.
