New Regular Membership (over 16 years of age):
$20.00 annual membership plus $10.00 join fee ($30 initially)
If your current membership card has expired (see date on card) you musty rejoin using the New Membership form and pay the $30 fee. If you would like to mail the completed form and payment to us instead, return the completed form along with check drawn in the correct amount to the Perry Township Game Association, P.O. Box 324, Shoemakersville, Pa. 19555.
