Membership Fees:

Regular (over 16 years of age): $10.00 to join + $10.00 annual membership ($20.00 total)

Junior (12 to 16 years of age): no cost to join - $5.00 annual membership ($5.00 total)

Life (any age): $10.00 to join + $150.00 basic membership (age 60 and over) For all ages below age 60

      the fee is $150 plus $5.00 per year for the number of years younger than age 60.

      The formula is: (60 minus your age) times $5.00 plus $150 plus $10.00 to join, if not already a member.

 

Return the completed form along with check drawn in the correct amount to the Perry Township Game

Association, P.O. Box 324, Shoemakersville, Pa. 19555. Upon receipt, your application will be brought up

for a vote of approval at the next regular meeting of the Association on the last Tuesday of the month

before you receive a formal membership card. Be sure to use a deliverable mail address above.

Please note that our membership runs on a fiscal year basis, July 1st to June 30th. Renewal cards are

mailed during May and payment is due by June 30th. However, late renewals are accepted during a two

month grace period until August 31st. A late fee of $5.00 is charged between September 1st and December 31st.

Unpaid members are dropped from the roles on January 1st.
